GBSG REMINDER MESSAGE

Good day grace family,

I am reaching out to send a reminder of our Zoom Grace Bible Study Group meeting every Sunday @ 2:00 PM. We have completed several studies. To God be the glory! This Sunday we will embark on our next course of study, which is ” Our Ambassadorship Lesson # 7, taught by: Keith R. Blades, this Sunday April 9, 2023. Todays lesson will focus on “The Fight.” In prior lessons we have examined “The Privilege,”The Responsibility,” ” Faithfulness To The Message,” “Faithfulness to the One who has privileged us to be His ambassadors,” and “Remaining Faithful to the opportunities to witness the gospel of the grace of God,”

We understand & appreciate the six verses in Apostle Paul’s epistles where he states, “I would not have you ignorant brethren.Purpose: Satan’s plan of evil wants to keep the believer ignorant (unaware) about what God is doing today in the “dispensation of Gentile grace,” now in effect. And blind to the deceptions Satan uses to keep the believer “tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrine” today, in the dispensation of grace (Eph. 4:14). That is why Paul also said in 2 Cor. 2:11; “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”.

I will post the review notes every week on my blog @ colman583gmail.com. When you go to the site it will ask for your email address to become a subscriber. Just include your email address and you will receive a email from WordPress with a link stating you now have access to Colman Gilliland’s blog. (“The Dispensation of Grace”) can also be found at: gracebiblefellowshipaa.com (website).

We will also would like a volunteer for our opening and closing prayer. And if you would like to sing or request a song, just make your request known. Please look for your invitation in your email by 2:00 pm on Wednesday. Please reach out if you do not receive an invitation by that time. I am excited and thankful that we have access not only to God’s word “rightly divided” but, also, to one another. See you, literally, on Sunday!

And remember saints, “but the word of God is not bound,” (2 Timothy 2:9) even during a pandemic! Please join us, every Sunday as we are “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” (Ephesians 5:16).

For I long to see you, that I may impart some spiritual gift, to the end that ye may be established. That is, that I may be comforted together with you by the mutual faith both of you and me.” Romans 1:11-12.

SALVATION THEME: GOD LOVES YOU, CHRIST DIED ON THE CROSS FOR YOUR SINS, BELIEVE AND BE SAVED!

The Problem: All men are sinners; disobedient by nature (Rom 5:12, 6:23)

The Penalty: Sin separates from God; eternal damnation (Rev 21:8)

The Answer: Christ died for us. “He who knew no sin was made to be sin for us that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” (1 Cor 15:1-3; 2 Cor. 5:14-21; 1 Cor 1:31-32)

What must I do to be saved? Believe Christ died on the cross for your sins according to the scriptures; And that, he was buried, and that he rose again the third day, according to the scriptures: plus nothing else! The moment you believe, you will be saved, and ALL of your sins forgiven, past, present and future, and inherit eternal life. (1 Cor. 15: 1-4; Rom 4:24-25; 3:25-26, Eph. 1:13-14, 2:8). Co

ALL ARE WELCOME TO JOIN US VIRTUALLY EVERY SUNDAY. ALSO, WE HAVE MEN & WOMEN BIBLE STUDY GROUPS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT: BROTHER COLMON: 616-717-2654 or colmangilliland5@gmail.com

P.S. We ask the saints to pray for Pastor Russell Sheppard and his wife, that they might have a prosperous journey by the will of God. They will be traveling to Zambia, Africa on a missionary journey in May. Pray that they may impart unto men, women, boys & girls, some spiritual gift that they might be saved and established. And that the ministry there may be comforted together by the mutual faith of the body of Christ.

And do pray for our brothers and sisters in Kenya and all across the continent of Africa, & all across the world. As some are seeking the truth, the word of truth, rightly divided. And for me, and the corporate body of Christ, “that utterance may be given unto us, that we may open our mouth boldly, and speak as we ought to speak, and make known the mystery of the gospel.” And that we be found faithful.” Ephesians 6:19-21
